A local Gin Distillery set inside a Asian Style Tea Room in the mediaeval Somerset village of Dunster. We take pride in using locally sourced botanicals and traditional distillation methods to create unique and exceptional gin and rum. Our distillery also features a Gift Shop offering a large selection of handcrafted gins and rums.
